What is Sweetcall?
Sweetcall is a social network mobile content service based on Interactive Voice Response (IVR) developed by PT Braincode Solution. Sweetcall helps you to find friends, communicate, and send voice messages using IVR technology.

What is Koin Pulsa Sweetcall?
Koin Pulsa Sweetcall is a reward coin that can be collected and redeemed with a credit balance. The coin redemption doesn’t cost anything.
The minimum amount of coins that can be redeemed is 5,000 coins, which can be redeemed with a credit balance worth Rp5,000.

Can Telkomsel Halo customers join Koin Pulsa Sweetcall and Bagi-Bagi Pulsa programs?
Yes, all Telkomsel (PraBayar and Halo) customers can join Sweetcall programs. If the number you’re using can’t receive a credit balance, you will be contacted by Customer Service to reconfirm an alternative number, bank transfer, or e-wallet transfer (e-money, LinkAja, GoPay, OVO, etc).

Sweetcall service is valid for all Telkomsel customers (PraBayar and Halo). Prices include VAT for PraBayar customers. For Halo customers, prices do not include VAT.
Only valid for domestic use (not valid for International Roaming which will be charged separately).
