• What is Telkomsel One?

  
  Telkomsel One is a convergence service that provides the superior connectivity of fixed (IndiHome) and mobile broadband (Telkomsel) networks in one service, for a seamless broadband experience and a better digital experience, without being tied to one particular network technology.
• Who can subscribe to Telkomsel One?

  
  The Telkomsel One package is available for new customers, where customers can choose the package that suits their needs. Meanwhile, customers who have subscribed to IndiHome can upgrade their speed by accessing the Telkomsel website, MyTelkomsel App, myIndiHome, or coming to the nearest GraPARI. Telkomsel One can already be enjoyed in 501 districts/cities in Indonesia.
• I’m an existing IndiHome customer. How do I subscribe to Telkomsel One product/service?

  
  Customers who have subscribed to IndiHome can upgrade their speed and later an Optical Network Terminal (ONT) device will be updated according to the package chosen.
• Do I have to own a Telkomsel prepaid or postpaid number to enjoy the joint quota?

  
  You can use your own Telkomsel number to be used in the Kuota Keluarga (Family Package) activation process for Telkomsel One product, but if you do not have a Telkomsel number, you can order a Telkomsel SIM Card in the initial ordering process. Telkomsel number registration policy for Kuota Keluarga products can refer to the terms and conditions that apply.
• How do I install Telkomsel One wifi modem?

  
  All activities related to wifi modem installation and package activation will be assisted by our staff who visit your house.
• What are the terms and conditions of Telkomsel One subscription?

  
  1) Telkomsel One service is available for new customers. For existing IndiHome customers, Telkomsel One is available only for speed upgrades. 2) Promo terms and conditions are Telkomsel's terms and conditions and subject to change at any time to suit Telkomsel's policy. 3) Stamp duty will be billed on each bill every month, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. 4) All invoices (including Telkomsel One service fee, as well as applicable arrears and fines) to customers do not include VAT in accordance with applicable laws. 5) Customers are prohibited from reselling, either part or all of Telkomsel One services and are prohibited from transferring, changing, or misusing any Telkomsel One services. Telkomsel has the right to conduct a survey at the customer's house to ensure that reselling does not occur. 6) The Telkomsel One service subscription contract is valid for a minimum of 12 (twelve) months after the Telkomsel One service activation. If the customer decides to stop subscribing before the contract validity period ends, a fine of Rp1,000,000 will be imposed. 7) Violations of the terms of the Subscription Contract by customers are subject to sanctions ranging from isolation, fines, to termination/revocation of IndiHome services, according to Telkomsel's policy. 8) If the customer intends to stop subscribing to Telkomsel One services, the customer must pay off the service fee (which is past due and/or in arrears for the service fee) and pay deposit money to Telkomsel in the amount of usage and Telkomsel One customer in the current month proportionally (pro-rate). If the invoice for Dynamic and Telkomsel One service fee in the current month (which is issued at the beginning of the following month) is greater than the deposit money that has been paid, then the customer is required to pay off the remaining Telkomsel One service fee bill. 9) The customer must pay the Telkomsel One service fee on time. If the customer does not make payments on time, the customer will be subject to sanctions in accordance with the provisions of the terms and conditions. 10) Telkomsel does not serve transactions in cash other than at GraPARI Telkomsel and Plasa Telkom Group. If there are parties who contact and ask for cash, please ignore it. 11) The monthly bill amount, content on IndiHome TV, ONT (Optical Network Termination) rental fee, STB (Set Top Box), Mifi Orbit may change at any time based on Telkomsel's internal policy, where the details of the change will be described via www.telkomsel.com, www.IndiHome.co.id or the myIndiHome and MyTelkomsel applications, and will be notified by Telkomsel to customers via WhatsApp, SMS, e-mail, application notifications, and or other channels provided by Telkomsel.
