You can earn Telkomsel Poin based on your Special Customer category with the following criteria:

All Telkomsel customers who have a minimum of 1 Telkomsel Poin can participate in this program.
Telkomsel Poin can be redeemed through:
- UMB *700#.
- MyTelkomsel App.
- com website.
- Package purchase. Then the customer will automatically get a lucky draw coupon.

After redeeming Poin, customers will receive an SMS notification containing a lucky draw coupon.
Customers who win the Telkomsel Poin lucky draw will be contacted by Telkomsel.
Prizes from the Telkomsel Poin program cannot be cashed.
Gift tax and distribution costs are borne by Telkomsel, customers are not charged any fees.
Prizes begin to be distributed 1 month after the winner has been validated. Prizes will be handed over to customers at GraPARI closest to the customer's domicile. For the validation, Telkomsel PraBayar (prepaid) customers shall check the registration data that has been done via SMS with the format: REGISTER send to 4444.

All Telkomsel customers who have a minimum of 1 Telkomsel Poin can participate in this program.

After redeeming Poin, customers will receive an SMS notification containing a lucky draw coupon.
The voucher code can be used up to 14 days after redeeming the Poin.
Voucher code is non-refundable.
Customers can redeem Poin minimum 1x in each offer.
The offer of each program is time-limited.

This program is valid for all Telkomsel customers who have at least 10 Telkomsel Poin.
To join this program, PraBayar customers (prepaid) must have a credit minimum of Rp1,000. Meanwhile, Halo customers (postpaid) have not exceeded the usage limit or CLS/Credit Limit Service.
This program is valid for all Telkomsel customers who have an active monthly data plan.
Telkomsel Poin redemption is only valid on MyTelkomsel App and Telkomsel.com website.
After redeeming Poin, customers will receive SMS notification about package activation.
This program is only valid once per user during the program period.
