MyTelkomsel - Download the MyTelkomsel App to buy packages Telkomsel

MyTelkomsel Lite is a light version of MyTelkomsel App which is useful for customers with minimalist devices and limited networks.

All Telkomsel customers who use Android devices/smartphones (excluding tablets) can use MyTelkomsel Lite.

The MyTelkomsel Lite App can be downloaded via the Play Store.

The Telkomsel Poin Redemption feature is not available on the MyTelkomsel Lite. You can redeem Telkomsel Poin via the MyTelkomsel App or the my.telkomsel.com website.

1. These Terms of Use are general conditions for the use of the MyTelkomsel application (hereinafter referred to as the "App") and the use of the Services contained therein.
2. Apart from these Terms of Use, there are also Terms and Conditions for each Service, where you are bound to these Terms and Conditions when you use the Service in question.
3. Please read these Terms of Use carefully. By accessing and/or using the App in any way, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use along with the Terms and Conditions of Service. If you do not agree to be bound by all applicable provisions, you are permitted to stop using the Services contained in the App.

In these Terms of Use the following terms are used:

1. “App” is a MyTelkomsel application that allows you to purchase Service packages, check Service usage, check LinkAja balances, provide Services to other customers, exchange Points, as well as other Service features;
2. "Services" are services provided by Telkomsel through the App, where each service has Terms and Conditions of Service;
3. “User” is the profile used to access/use the App;
4. “Password” is a secret code used to access / use the App;

By using the App, you are deemed truly competent, capable and competent to bind yourself to the terms, conditions and statements required for each Service contained therein, which does not need to be further proven by Telkomsel.

You acknowledge and agree that Intellectual Property Rights (hereinafter referred to as "IPR") such as but not limited to logos, applications, brands, content services, products, features belong to Telkomsel which are used or displayed on the App, and/or any IPRs owned by third parties other than Telkomsel who offer and/or provide products and/or services on or through the App. You are not permitted to copy, use, apply and implement in whole or in part, without prior written approval from Telkomsel and/or other parties who own the IPR contained in the App. Every IPR is under legal protection in force in Indonesia.

1. You must register your Telkomsel number and/or email account, social media (Facebook, Twitter/X) before you log in to the App.
2. After you register, you can log in/access the App using your Telkomsel number or email/social media account (Facebook, Twitter/X).
3. You are fully responsible for every activity carried out using your User, including but not limited to any risks and/or losses that arise as a result of misuse by you and/or a third party based on any reason and/or cause as a result directly or indirectly from using the App, and you hereby release Telkomsel from all claims that may arise in any form and from any party.
