What payment methods can be used for Halo IndiHome bundling?
- The initial payment after registration (upfront payment) can be made at the same time as installing new IndiHome payment.
- Halo package monthly bill payments can be made through payment channels such as LinkAja, MyGraPARI, MyGraPARI Cash, MyTelkomsel, ATM/Internet Banking, GraPARI, retail (Indomaret and Alfamart), as well as e-commerce in collaboration with Telkomsel.
Are there any restrictions for using Halo package?
Yes. Halo usage limit (Credit Limit Service) is twice the price of the selected Halo Package.
What is the status of my bundling application if the IndiHome service is not yet available at my home location after being surveyed by IndiHome officers?

What if I wanted to unsubscribe from the Halo IndiHome service?
- To unsubscribe related to Halo Service, customers can visit GraPARI.
- To unsubscribe related to IndiHome Services, customers can visit Plasa Telkom or contact Telkom 147.
Can I buy this bundling package without the IndiHome package?
No, you can’t. During registration, you must choose the Halo and IndiHome bundling packages.
Halo IndiHome Bundling Terms & Conditions
- IndiHome and Halo bundling program starts from January 18, 2022 – December 15, 2023.
- All Telkomsel Halo package prices do not include 10% VAT.
- The program is valid for new Telkomsel Halo customers.
- Upfront payment at registration is 1x of the Halo package subscription fee (payment for Halo 100K package is Rp83,000 and Halo 225K package is Rp187,000).
- The upfront payment paid by the customer will be deducted from the bill of the first month of Telkomsel Halo billing. Upfront payments cannot be returned or refunded.
- You can have a usage limit equal to twice the package price which can be selected to control domestic usage.
- The international service feature (International Roaming) has been activated. To increase the overseas usage limit, you can contact GraPARI or Call Center 188.
- Telkomsel Halo package is valid according to the billing period. The remaining data, voice, and SMS quotas are not accumulated to the next period. If the SMS or Voice quota runs out, the basic tariff (PAYU) will apply.
- The customers are deemed to understand and agree to the terms & conditions above and to the General Terms of Subscription of Telkomsel Halo, General Terms of Service Users Belonging to Telkomsel, and the General Privacy Policy for Telkomsel Services.
- Customers are not allowed to change their Telkomsel Halo number or transfer Halo packages during the validity period of the contract.
- Customers can purchase the Extra Quota packages when the internet quota runs out and will be billed on the monthly bill.
- After the subscription package/contract period is complete, your package will change to the regular Halo package. Complete information can be viewed here.
- The Telkomsel Halo package for the bundling program with IndiHome is a contract package for 1 year and if you stop subscribing before the contract period ends, you will be subject to a fine or penalty.
- If you stop subscribing during the contract period, you will be subject to a penalty of the remaining months x 50% x the Halo monthly package chosen by the customer.
- By joining this program, customers are deemed to understand and agree to all applicable terms and conditions. Telkomsel reserves the right to cancel the transaction if there are actions that are not in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions.
