Halo⁺ package is a new package for Telkomsel Halo customers that offers internet quota of up to 350GB, voice calls and SMS to all domestic operators, and Roaming Quota. Halo⁺ package will be automatically renewed following Telkomsel Halo billing cycle/period.
Who can subscribe to Halo⁺ package?
Halo⁺ package is available for Telkomsel Halo new customers, customers who switch from Telkomsel PraBayar to Telkomsel Halo, and Telkomsel Halo existing customers. For Telkomsel Halo's existing customers, you can switch to Halo⁺ starting from the Rp100,000 variant.
Does Halo⁺ package price include tax?
No, the package price does not include 11% VAT.
Can I switch from Telkomsel PraBayar (prepaid) to subscribe to Halo⁺ package?
Yes, you can switch from Telkomsel PraBayar (prepaid) to Telkomsel Halo (postpaid) to get Halo⁺ package. You can sign up using the same number without coming to GraPARI by accessing this page.

Prices do not include 11% VAT.
Package fee will be charged proportionally (prorated).
The package is the main package that is subscription (automatically renewed in the next billing period).
Internet quota can be used throughout the Telkomsel network without being limited to a certain application or time.
Voice and SMS Quota are valid for all domestic operators (not valid for international calls/roaming which will be charged separately).
If the customer has an Extra Kuota or Extra Nelpon package, the quota for the Extra Kuota or Extra Nelpon package will be consumed before the main package quota.
After the internet quota runs out, activate the Extra Kuota package to continue to be able to access the internet.
Halo Roaming Quota will be active together with Halo⁺ Package, the quota validity period follows the billing period and is automatically extended.
Halo Roaming Quota can be used in more than 100 countries and will be consumed if the customer travels in that country.
By activating the Halo⁺ package, customers will get 100 – 500 Telkomsel Poin which will be given no later than 2 x 24 hours after package activation.
Customers can redeem Telkomsel Poin with various attractive benefits through the MyTelkomsel App or through this link.
Customers have the right to activate 1 ExtraBenefit by accessing Halo Lifestyle page (no additional fee).
ExtraBenefit can be used to obtain digital service subscription packages such as Disney+ Hotstar, Langit Musik Premium, Prime Video Mobile, and Vidio Platinum Mobile.
Extra Benefit offers may change according to Telkomsel's provisions. The ExtraBenefit amount will be automatically updated (reset) for each billing cycle according to the active Halo+

Based on certain considerations based on Telkomsel's own policy from time to time, or if requested, ordered, or instructed by laws and regulations or the competent authority, Telkomsel with and/or without prior notification information to the Customer, has the right to make updates, changes and adjustments to the types of packages, benefits, and/or other derivative services available on Telkomsel Halo (kartuHalo) Customers (“Telkomsel Halo Services”).
Unless otherwise determined by Telkomsel and with due regard to the rights of the Customer as a consumer. Updates, changes and adjustments to the Telkomsel Halo Service will have an impact on the migration of the Telkomsel Halo Service that Telkomsel is using unilaterally.
