MyTelkomsel App:
- Open the app.
- Select “Login with Orbit/EZnet Wireless”.
- Choose the EZnet Wireless number.
- For first-time users, select "Activate New Modem" and create a MyTelkomsel account.
- Select “View Bill”.
- Choose “Pay Bill”.
- Choose the payment method and follow the steps provided.
Banking Services:
Payments can be made via ATM, SMS Banking, or internet banking with partner banks, similar to Halo payments. More information is available here.

EZnet Wireless package prices may vary by location as determined by Telkomsel. Service prices are differentiated based on the customer’s home location zone.
The EZnet Wireless service in the first month will be billed on a pro-rata basis (Fair Usage Policy), where the bill will be based on the amount of data used by the customer.
The prices shown on this page include the EZnet Wireless modem and the first month's data quota. The bill from the second month onward will only include the monthly data quota fee, excluding the modem.
All bills (including outstanding charges and penalties) charged to the customer exclude VAT.
This EZnet Wireless service uses a Telkomsel SIM Card, so customers are required to register the prepaid card first through the MyTelkomsel App.
