Access Point Name/APN Correction

  - On the “Setting” menu, choose “Connection”.

  - APN must be filled with “Internet”.
- iOS
  - On the “Setting” menu, choose “Cellular”.
  - Choose “Cellular Data Options”.
  - APN must be filled with “Internet” and leave the Username and Password empty.

There is no limit for activation of more than 1 package.
If the internet quota and the RoaMAX Package period run out, you will be charged the basic internet tariff (PAYU) of Rp6,000/MB with a maximum fee of Rp200,000/day. Please reactivate the RoaMAX Package to enjoy the internet services without worries.
The provisions regarding the Umrah internet quota are as follows:
- RoaMAX Umrah 12 Days 5GB: 4GB valid in Saudi Arabia. 1GB valid in Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Israel, Jordan, Palestine, Qatar, Turkey, UAE, Oman, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia.
- RoaMAX Umrah 17 Days 10GB: 8GB valid in Saudi Arabia. 2GB valid in Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Israel, Jordan, Palestine, Qatar, Turkey, UAE, Oman, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia.
The roaming phone quota can be used to make calls to Indonesia, to local Saudi Arabian numbers, and receive calls.
If the roaming phone and SMS roaming quotas run out, the next usage will be subject to the basic tariff (PAYU) according to the destination.
To avoid failure in making calls, please use the +country code dial format, for example if you want to make calls to Indonesia the dial format is +62811 100 000.
You can check your package quota through the MyTelkomsel App or dial *266#.
Tariffs apply to all operators of the destination country according to the country coverage list.
Valid for all Telkomsel Halo and Telkomsel PraBayar customers.
The validity period of the package starts after the package is active with reference to 24 hours.
Packages are valid in Saudi Arabia and transit countries (Egypt, Israel, Jordan, Palestine, Qatar, Turkey, UAE, Oman, Singapore, Malaysia, and Australia).
