Jelajah Nusantara is a program, exclusive to MyTelkomsel users, that takes them on a virtual journey across 30 destinations in Indonesia, through a total of 18.264KM. Each user will select their avatar and nickname to start travelling and will need to perform different in-app actions to progress from destination to destination and enjoy the rewards on the way.

To win KM, actions inside MyTelkomsel and Jelajah Nusantara game will be rewarded. From MyTelkomsel App, rewarded actions include top-ups, bill payments, and package purchases. From Jelajah Nusantara, daily and progressive missions will be rewarded, as the daily check-ups and the adventure missions. Check the mission section to have a deeper understanding of how to receive KM.

When reaching new destinations, the users will always receive rewards with a reward redemption period of 15 days.

Users can choose a nickname and personalize their avatar such as gender, skin tone, hairstyle, eye color, and outfits. Users can also choose a scooter with a specific plate-id, that will be used as a unique identifier. Each user will also have a tier that is the same as the Customer Level/Tier inside MyTelkomsel loyalty program.

There will be 30 different destinations based on great and beautiful landmarks across Indonesia. To go from destination to destination, the user needs to accumulate KM. The virtual journey starts on Masjid Raya Baiturrahman and end at the 30th destination, Air Terjun Kiti Kiti, a total of 18.264 KM. The 18th destination is Ibu Kota Nusantara, the future capital city of Indonesia. Each destination along with the description and rewards will have information on restaurants, hotels, and monuments close to that destination.

For each new destination reached, the users will get a reward! All rewards must be redeemed to be enjoyed by the user. Rewards will expire in 15 days after being awarded. If the reward is not redeemed before the expiration date, the user will lose the right to claim the prize. For example, a user that reaches the first destination on July 1 at 12:00:00 can redeem the prize until July 16 at 12:00:00.

After redeeming a reward in Jelajah Nusantara, the information on the reward activation will be sent by Telkomsel directly.

In the History page, all the rewarded actions will be recorded by day. You can see all of your activities and achievements such as missions, KM earned, the destinations reached, rewards, and boosters.

1. Jelajah Nusantara is a series of game activities that takes users on a virtual journey across various cities in Indonesia (hereinafter referred to as “Program”).
2. Jelajah Nusantara game runs from October 18, 2023 to December 31, 2024.
3. To join this Program, users must open Jelajah Nusantara page from MyTelkomsel App.
4. Various attractive prizes can be obtained by users for each successful completion of the challenges in the Program. Prizes will require activation to be enjoyed by the users and are subject to 15-day validity. Prizes that are not activated before expiration will be unavailable to the users. For certain prizes, users will be charged Rp10 and/or 1 Telkomsel Poin upon claiming.
5. Each prize is only valid for users registered on MyTelkomsel App and cannot be cashed or transferred to other parties.
6. PT Telekomunikasi Selular (“Telkomsel”) has the right to stop or change Jelajah Nusantara Program at any time with or without prior notice, for various reasons, but still considers users’ rights.
7. If fraud or violations are found committed by a user, Telkomsel has the right, without prior notice, to block the user from Jelajah Nusantara Program and cancel the delivery of prizes or benefits obtained by the user.
8. Telkomsel has the right to replace the prize with a similar product or the same value if the initial prize is not available.
9. All data and information collected by Telkomsel are confidential and only used for publication and/or documentation purposes (in any form of media) by Telkomsel and third parties who cooperate with Telkomsel to manage the implementation of the Program.
10. Be careful of fraud on behalf of Telkomsel. Telkomsel is not responsible for all losses arising from fraud experienced by users.
11. Telkomsel could make changes to the Terms and Conditions in this Program at any time with notification to the users.
12. By participating in this Program, all users are deemed to understand and agree that these Terms and Conditions are an integral part of the General Provisions for Telkomsel Service Users.
