By continuing to purchase, you acknowledge, understand and agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. To enjoy YouTube services, you can verify your Telkomsel number which will be used to activate the YouTube Premium package. Make sure your Telkomsel number matches the number you will use.
2. To subscribe to the YouTube Premium package, you can access it via MyTelkomsel App.
3. To start watching, you must register or log in by clicking the activation link sent via SMS from Telkomsel after activating your YouTube package or via this link.
4. By purchasing this package, you agree to activate packages and services by YouTube Premium on your cellular numbers for service activation purposes.
5. By activating a YouTube subscription, you accept and agree to YouTube's Terms of Use and Privacy Statement.
6. Telkomsel follows rules regarding Google API Service User Data Policy as stated here.
7. If you already have a YouTube account, the account needs to be linked by activating the account by logging in using existing YouTube login credentials.
8. If you don't link to an existing YouTube account, YouTube Premium will be inactive, and you will use the Basic service.
9. If your existing YouTube account is successfully linked/activated, you can enjoy all YouTube Premium access such as Ad-Free, YouTube Premium Access, and Free Download.
10. If your YouTube Premium account is currently billed via Google Play Payment or Credit Card, you must first cancel your Google Play/Credit Card billing settings to be able to link/activate a YouTube Premium account from purchasing a YouTube Premium Telkomsel package.
11. The prices listed include taxes and other fees.
12. Watching YouTube is more efficient without buffering using Kuota Nonton and the best 4G network from Telkomsel.
13. The YouTube Premium package is only valid for domestic use (does not apply to International Roaming which will be charged separately).
14. The YouTube Premium package is subscribed for a maximum of 24 months and will be billed monthly according to the subscription fee.
15. The YouTube package will be renewed at the end of each subscription period automatically. Customers will be notified the day before the renewal is made to cancel.
16. The YouTube subscription active period applies according to the calendar (example: January has a 31-day subscription period, February has a 28/29 day subscription period).
17. If during the renewal period the customer does not have enough credit or the bill has exceeded the limit, the YouTube Premium Package will not be renewed, and the customer must re-activate the YouTube Premium package on the MyTelkomsel purchasing channel.
18. Customers can cancel a subscription while the subscription period is still active and can still access it until the subscription period ends.
19. Customers can stop subscribing to the YouTube Premium package at any time by accessing the YouTube Premium subscription settings on MyTelkomsel on the Packages and Subscriptions Menu in the Digital Services section or via the settings page on this link.
20. If the customer cancels, the customer's YouTube Premium package will not be renewed/billed in the next period.
21. Kuota Nonton can be used to watch YouTube, MAXstream, and Video Services that have collaborated with Telkomsel.
22. Kuota Nonton cannot be used if the VPN/Data Saver function is active.
23. If there is certain third-party content or links that customers access through the YouTube application, such access can consume the customer's main package, including if there is an active background application feature on the customer's cellphone.
24. Telkomsel is not responsible for the content displayed on the YouTube Service.
25. If Kuota Nonton runs out, customers can buy additional Kuota Nonton. If you exceed the quota provided and do not have Kuota Nonton, customers will be charged an internet quota or the basic tariff (PAYU/Pay as You Use).
26. The price of the YouTube Premium Package may change at any time and will be valid for 1 month after being informed to the customer.
27. If there are changes to the Terms and Conditions related to Packages and Subscriptions, an adjustment will be made on the Terms and Conditions page of the related Package.
28. By purchasing this package, the customer has agreed to: General Terms and Conditions of Telkomsel services, Telkomsel Privacy Policy, YouTube Terms of Use, and Privacy Statement.
