    Credit top-up can extend the card's active period according to the top-up amount with a maximum of 365 days. The active period will accumulate with a maximum of 365 days since the credit balance top-up.
  2. Package purchase (internet, combo, voice, SMS)
    • Purchasing a package extends the card’s active period, based on the validity period of the package.
    • Purchasing a package in the grace period changes the card’s status to active and adds the active period according to the package's validity period.
    • Purchasing a package does not extend the card’s active period cumulatively, the active period is based on the longest package validity period.
  3. Receive a package gift (internet, combo, voice, SMS)
    • Receiving a data package extends the card’s active period, based on the validity period of the package.
    • Receiving a data package in the grace period changes the card’s status to active and adds the active period according to the package's validity period.
    • Receiving a data package does not extend the card’s active period cumulatively, the active period is based on the longest package validity period.
  4. Usage
    If the customer does not top up or purchase a package, then the final evaluation carried
    out at the end of the active period is whether the customer has reached the minimum amount of credit usage. Purchasing a package or using credit in the form of telephone, SMS, and internet with a minimum rate of Rp1 using credit with a minimum usage of Rp1 will automatically extend the card's active period for 30 days starting from the end of the active period.

What is a blocking period?

The blocking period is when your Telkomsel SIMPATI number has exceeded the last day of the grace period. During the blocking period, you cannot make or receive calls or SMS and cannot access the internet.

What do I do when the card enters the blocking period?

When your number is blocked, you can unblock it by following these steps:

  4. MAXStream Quota does not include beIN SPORTS CONNECT, KlikFilm, Nickelodeon Play, and Viu subscriptions.
  5. After the MAXStream Quota runs out, the customer will use another internet quota or the basic internet rate will be charged.

You can activate or deactivate your internet by accessing the following code from your dialing screen:

Syarat dan Ketentuan benefit V-NSP (Video Nada Sambung Pribadi)

  1. V-NSP (Personal Ring Back Tone Video) service is a service that provides a menu and video catalog that you can choose to replace the call waiting tone, to be enjoyed when making a phone call. This service is provided by Telkomsel in collaboration with Third Parties as content providers.
  2. V-NSP service is available to all Telkomsel customers who have downloaded and used the MyTelkomsel App. The service can function at least on Android OS Version 9.0 and MyTelkomsel App Version 8.6, please make sure your Android OS and MyTelkomsel versions are compatible.
  3. To use this service, V-NSP will function if:
    1. The Caller and Receiver are advised to save each other's contacts first on their respective telephone devices.
    2. The Caller and Receiver must grant permission in the device's settings menu as follows:
      1. Contact Access: The V-NSP application requires this access to find friends in customer contacts who also use this service.
      2. Notification Permission: Notification delivery is required to provide real-time information to users when there is an incoming call including information about updates and service status.
  4. Pada beberapa ponsel jenis OPPO dan Xiaomi jika pada saat melakukan Allow Notification Access mengalami Restricted Setting yang perlu dilakukan adalah:
    • Tutup aplikasi MyTelkomsel dan buka “Pengaturan”.

  7. Setelah membeli dan mengaktifkan layanan ini, kamu akan mendapat kuota data gratis sebesar 50MB per-hari untuk pemutaran V-NSP selama kamu menelepon pelanggan yang memiliki layanan V-NSP. Jika pemakaian melebihi 50MB per hari, maka layanan ini akan menggunakan kuota data yang tersedia. Mohon pastikan kuota data kamu selalu tersedia.
  8. Harga yang tercantum pada konten ini sudah termasuk Pajak Pertambahan Nilai (PPN).
