How do I activate the Telkomsel-Netflix bundling package?

What are the terms and Conditions for using MAXstream Quota?
MAXstream Quota can be used to watch MAXstream, Netflix, and other video services that have partnerships with Telkomsel.
If the MAXstream Quota runs out or reaches the end of its validity period, you will consume regular internet quota or basic internet tariff/PAYU (Pay as You Use).
You can also buy an additional MAXstream Quota if your MAXstream Quota runs out.
MAXstream Quota can be used on Telkomsel 2G/3G/4G/5G networks.
MAXstream Quota can’t be used if you’re using VPN or there is function data saver enabled.
How many times can I buy Telkomsel-Netflix bundling packages?
One Telkomsel mobile number can only purchase this package once on MyTelkomsel App.
Netflix packages are subscription-based and will be renewed every month automatically.

Can I cancel my Telkomsel-Netflix bundling package?
Yes, you can cancel your Netflix package anytime by accessing this link. You will still be allowed to access Netflix until the end of your billing period and will not be renewed at the end of the package billing period.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my Netflix plan?
Yes, you can change your Netflix plan through MyTelkomsel App (Account menu) or check Netflix account page. Please visit Netflix help page for further information about changing plans.

I’m already subscribed to Netflix using Apple billing. Can I buy Telkomsel-Netflix package?
If your existing Netflix subscription is billed through Apple, you will need to manually cancel your Apple billing arrangement to avoid being double billed for your Netflix when you activate your Telkomsel-Netflix package.
What about my existing Netflix account?
If you already have an existing subscription with Netflix, your Netflix account will need to be linked to your Telkomsel-Netflix bundling package by submitting your Netflix account credentials. Netflix will continue to charge you separately for your existing subscription until your Netflix account is linked to your Telkomsel-Netflix bundling package.
If your existing Netflix account has been successfully linked to your Telkomsel-Netflix bundling package, the Telkomsel-Netflix bundling package will replace your existing Netflix account and the price of the Netflix package that applies is the price of the Telkomsel-Netflix bundling package.
What do I need to do to activate Netflix account if I do not get the SMS from TLNET Netflix after activation?

What impact will Netflix Basic subscribers have?
Basic subscribers will be notified via SMS that their old package will be upgraded to Standard with the old Basic price plan: “Plg Yth, mengacu pada kebijakan penyesuaian harga dari Netflix, Paket Netflix Basic anda telah disesuaikan menjadi Netflix Standard. During the renewal period, subscribers will be charged the new standard price plan.
Can Basic subscribers stay in their old package?
During the renewal period, subscribers can adjust their Netflix subscription to Basic Plan through this page (downgrade and refund mechanism applied).
Link will be sent through SMS during the renewal period.
What impact will Standard subscribers have?
Standard subscribers will be notified via SMS that their package price will change, and the renewal price will be updated to the new Netflix Standard price plan.
When will this change occur?
The price plan changes will begin on March 1, 2023.

By activating a Telkomsel-Netflix package, you acknowledge, understand, and agree to these terms and conditions:
To enjoy Netflix Service, you need to verify the Telkomsel number that will be used as a Netflix account. Make sure your Telkomsel number matches the number you want to use.
To subscribe to the Telkomsel-Netflix bundling package, you can access it through MyTelkomsel App.
To be able to enjoy the Netflix Service, you need to register or log in by clicking the activation link sent via SMS from Netflix and/or 99433 after activating your Telkomsel-Netflix package. Download the Netflix application through the Play Store (Android) or App Store (iOS) menu or you can visit the Netflix website.
By purchasing this package, you agree that your Telkomsel mobile number will be shared with Netflix to facilitate activation of the Netflix Service included in your Telkomsel-Netflix package.
By activating your Netflix subscription, you accept and agree to Netflix’s Terms of Use and Privacy Statement. If there is a conflict between these terms and conditions and the Netflix Terms of Use, then (i) to the extent that it relates to the Netflix Service, the Netflix Terms of Use shall prevail, and (ii) otherwise these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

The Telkomsel-Netflix bundling package is only valid for domestic use (not applicable for International Roaming which will be charged separately).
The Telkomsel-Netflix bundling package will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period. Customers will be notified a day before the renewal is made.
Netflix subscription is valid according to the calendar (for example: January has a subscription period of 31 days; February has a subscription period of 28/29 days).
Display price inside Netflix App/page for package upgrade does not include tax & other fees yet.
If during the renewal period, the customer does not have enough credit or the bill has exceeded the limit, the Telkomsel-Netflix bundling package will not be renewed and the customer must re-activate the Netflix package via MyTelkomsel App.
Customers can upgrade their Netflix subscription plan by paying the fee difference for a higher subscription with a pro-rate mechanism.
An upgrade option doesn't appear if you activate the premium plan.
By choosing a premium plan at the beginning of your subscription, you cannot upgrade and downgrade the package. To choose another plan you can do it by canceling the plan and choosing a new package in the next subscription period.
Customers can downgrade their Netflix subscription plan and the excess fee will be returned within 7 working days with a pro-rate mechanism.
A downgrade cannot be done if the selected plan is below the initial subscription plan.
Customers can cancel the Netflix subscription plan while the subscription period is still active and can continue to access it until the subscription period ends.
If the customer cancels their Netflix plan, the customer's Netflix package will not be renewed in the next period.
MAXstream Quota can be used to watch MAXstream, Netflix, and any other video services that have a partnership with Telkomsel.
MAXstream Quota cannot be used if VPN/Data Saver Function is active.
If there’s any content or link from a third party that you access via Netflix App, the access might consume internet data including applications that run in the background on your devices.
Telkomsel is not responsible for the content on the Netflix Service.
If the MAXstream Quota runs out, customers can buy an additional MAXstream Quota. If you exceed the provided quota and don't have a MAXstream Quota, you will be charged the regular internet quota or the internet basic tariff/PAYU (Pay as You Use).
Telkomsel-Netflix bundling package prices may change at any time.
If there are changes to the terms & conditions related to packages and subscriptions, adjustments will be made on the terms & conditions page of the related packages.
