PRESIDENT DIRECTOR
Nugroho (Nugi) was appointed as the President Director of Telkomsel on 8 December 2023. Previously, he served as the Director of Network at Telkomsel (2021-2023) and held various strategic positions, including Senior Vice President of Business IT Delivery Telkomsel (2019-2021), Vice President of IT Customer Care and Charging Group Telkomsel (2017-2019), and Vice President of IT Customer Care and Billing Solution and Management Group Telkomsel (2014-2017).
Nugroho pursued his education in Electrical Engineering at the Bandung Institute of Technology and later earned a Master's degree in Information System Development from the University of Hertfordshire, England.
